All products distributed by Phan Vu will be warranted according to Phan Vu’s standards
Warranty conditions:

• Products are only warranted during the warranty period.

• Products are used for the correct purpose and function according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

• Damages and incidents occur due to manufacturer’s fault.

• Warranty card must be filled out with complete information, intact, not torn, deleted/edited.

Warranty refusal cases: (Must pay service maintenance fee due to unusual damage)

• Products are out of warranty period, from the date of purchase transaction.

• Products have mechanical changes: broken, cracked, scratched… from intentional external impacts.

• Errors occur through the process of dismantling and repairing by customers.

• Cases of objective damage such as: environment, natural disasters, fire, etc.

• Product errors, damage caused by users’ incorrect functions, accidentally or intentionally.

• The product no longer has a warranty card or related invoice.

• Customers purchase products not provided by Phan Vu and Phan Vu’s dealer system and stores.

• The warranty card is erased, torn or has incorrect information.
